Production, custom sizing, exchanges, shipping, and store credit are outlined here so every purchase moves with clarity.
Production Timelines
At ZANG, every piece is created with intention and attention to detail.
Ready-to-wear pieces without artisanal embellishments require approximately 10 working days for production before shipment.
For bulk orders or multiple-piece orders, additional production time may be required depending on the quantity requested. Clients will always be informed of any adjusted production timelines before processing begins.
Handcrafted and detailed pieces, particularly garments involving beadwork or intricate finishing, require an extended production timeline of approximately 15–20 working days due to the level of craftsmanship involved.
Once production is completed, orders are prepared for shipment. Delivery timelines typically range between 4–5 working days, although many orders may arrive sooner depending on location and courier processing.
Customers will receive updates throughout the process to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Handcrafted / Pre-Order Policy
Handcrafted work is cut and finished for the client after order confirmation.
Production begins after payment confirmation and any required measurement review.
Minor visual variation may occur due to the hand-finished nature of select trims and surfaces.
Clients will receive milestone updates for longer-lead pieces when appropriate.
Custom Sizing Policy
Measurements allow the atelier to calibrate each piece with more precision.
Clients may submit bust, waist, hip, height, preferred fit, and additional notes through the custom fit form.
Additional fittings or clarifications may be requested before production is approved.
Custom-sized garments are considered personalized commissions and are final sale once production starts.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Exchange eligibility depends on production type, garment condition, and whether the piece was personalized.
Ready-to-wear pieces may be considered for exchange when they are unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition after delivery.
Handcrafted pieces ordered in standard sizing may be reviewed for exchange or store credit after atelier inspection.
Custom-sized, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale once production begins.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is applied before payment and delivery begins only after production is complete.
Shipping is calculated before payment from the delivery zone and the shipping category assigned to each piece.
Specific products may qualify for free shipping or campaign-led delivery rates when configured by the house.
International clients are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import requirements where applicable.
Tracking details are shared once a finished order leaves the atelier.
Exchanges & Store Credit
At ZANG, we want every piece to feel as beautiful and confident on you as it was intended to.
While we do not currently offer refunds, eligible items may be exchanged for:
• A preferred size
• Another available piece of equal value
• Store credit for future purchases
Store credit may be used at any time toward a future ZANG order.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be returned within 14 working days of delivery and remain in their original condition with tags and branded packaging intact.
Unfortunately, returns submitted outside the 14 working day period may not be accepted.
Custom-sized or personalized pieces may not qualify for exchange due to the nature of their production.
